Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Nochex. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
All items are sent Royal Mail/Parcelforce - WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. ALL ORDERS PLACED OUTISDE THE U.K. WILL BE REFUNDED!
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process all orders on the day of their completion. Shipping will usually be on a next day basis. If during processing a product is foreseen to take longer to be shipped the customer will be contacted by email or phone with the option of cancelling the order, or agreeing an appropriate time for delivery (this situation will usually only arise where we have to wait for stock from our suppliers).
If an order is expected to take more than 5 days to be delivered and the customer has not been contacted at the order processing stage the customer has two options. Either: a) the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund; or
b) compensation by means of the price of delivery.
However, please note that over 97% of deliveries are received within two days!
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made 15% VAT is included.

Guarantee
Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any of the items purchased from us and obtain a full refund. To cancel, write, call or email us within 8 working days of the delivery of your item(s) quoting your order details. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Please return the item(s) at your expense to the above address with a clear letter stating your name, address and details of the item(s) returned. We will refund the money paid for the item(s) within 30 days from the day you notify us in writing of your desire to return the item(s). Any item(s) returned must be unused, unmarked and complete with all original packaging / instructions.
